e-SAMPLE Terms

Any virtual sample or e-SAMPLE(s) provided by Mandeville Marketing are shown and provided for visual and illustrative purposes only and are not an endorsement of the product(s). Some artwork or logos depicted may not truly represent the final product supplied and is for indicative or illustrative purposes only. All products, prices and services are subject to change and availability without notice. All prices shown or provided are exclusive of GST and do not include freight or handling (unless stated), set up charge(s) may apply.

Artwork Requirements

Our virtual e-SAMPLE service supports several file formats for artwork, the below is a list of file types and formats suitable and any restrictions to those types, all artwork must be under 2Mb in size.

JPG:  Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG or JPG) almost all JPEGs can be used, CMYK JPEGs, however, will display improperly as these are generally of low resolution.

GIF:  Graphics Interchange Format (GIF) all GIF files can be used, however animated gifs will only display their first frame when placed on a product.

PNG:  Portable Network Graphics (PNG) can be used.

BMP:  Bitmap (BMP) from any platform can be used.

TIFF:  Tagged Information File Format (TIFF) a TIFF can be used as long as it is in RGB, a CMYK TIFF may display improperly.

AI:  Adobe Illustrator file format (AI) Adobe Illustrator: version 10 files must be saved as PDF compatible. Make sure any linked/placed files are included in the file, fonts should be included, or text should be converted to outlines.

EPS:  Encapsulated Postscript file (EPS) make sure any linked/placed files are included in the file, all fonts should be included, or text should be converted to outlines.

PDF:  Portable Document file (PDF) if a PDF contains more than one page, only the first will be processed.
