At Mandeville Marketing we understand the importance in maintaining and protecting your companies' or organisations brand and identification standards. We have proven systems to ensure that your logo and corporate identity is maintained and protected using recognised international industry standards.
We have numerous methods of product decoration available all of which are offered at a very high standard, some of these methods include:
Screen Printing
This method uses a silk screen to print your logo directly onto a product; generally up to 4 colours can be printed using this process. Screen printing is a method of applying ink to a surface through a stencil supported on a fine mesh of fabric, generally silk stretched tightly over a frame. Screen printing is most commonly used to decorate t-shirts, bags and satchels but is also used on other general promotional products.
Pad Printing
This method stamps your logo onto the surface of the product, and is suitable for printing detailed artwork with multiple colours. Pad printing is a wet ink transfer decorating process used to print on irregular or curved surfaces. Most promotional products like mugs, pens, and golf balls are pad printed.
Numbering & Lettering
Numbering and lettering is another component of the screen printing service, numbers or names can be added to t shirts, polo shirts and are ideal for sports uniforms and teams.
Numbering and lettering are applied on a per digit/letter basis and priced accordingly; generally prices are based on the size of the number or letter applied.
Embroidery
This process stitches your logo or message onto the fabric of the product or garment with multiple colour options available. Embroidery is a method of machine stitching your design onto a fabric surface. Embroidery is ideal for upscale items such as jackets and bags. Embroidery pricing is based on how many stitches it takes to embroider the logo or design. Your design/logo can include up to 9 thread colors.
Laser Engraving
This method uses a laser to engrave your logo or message directly into the product leaving a lasting impression and provides a tonal effect. New laser engraving methods uses a highly focused beam of laser light to burn images into material. Your design is cut out of a hard surface, usually glass, metal, or wood. Your design appears as the material color beneath the surface. Another similar decoration method is diamond drag, this method uses a diamond to drag your logo or message directly into the product leaving a lasting impression again, this provides a tonal effect.
Emboss/Debossing
This process stamps your logo into the surface of the product, leaving an impression and providing a tonal effect, colour can be added using a foil stamp. Debossing uses a custom-made die to press your logo directly into a material's surface.
Debossed logos have a subtle, yet sophisticated, appearance. Debossing is ideal on leather and vinyl products.
Epoxy Resin
The Epoxy dome method features your logo printed on paper under a clear, high-gloss acrylic dome, giving designs a sleek, dimensional look. The dome is then applied to a product's surface with a strong adhesive. This method is digitally printed with your logo adhered onto the substrate and protected by a clear resin epoxy coating; this method also offers unlimited colour digital printing and is ideal for key-rings, name badges and general promotional items. This is a great option when cost effective full colour branding is required with all sizes and shapes available all custom made to your specifications.
Moulded Rubber Patches / Logo 3D
The molded rubber patch decorating option offers a high-impact, raised, dimensional look and comes in a variety of patch colors and shapes. The patches are then applied to a product's surface with a strong adhesive. These are often used in decorating; satchels, bags, compendiums etc.
Sublimation / Dye Sublimation
Sublimation is a printing process using small heating elements to evaporate pigments from a carrier film, depositing these smoothly onto a surface. This is sometimes used to reproduce full color graphics and photos onto items like: apparel, mouse mats, mugs, or nylon banners.
